Jahmad’s diverse client database spans markets, industries, environments, and 5 continents.

Nnenna David-Uka

Tacoma Community House client, Nnenna David-Uka, is a truly inspiring individual who embodies resilience. Her remarkable journey is a testament to her unwavering commitment to overcoming obstacles and achieving her goals. As the President of Women in Cybersecurity WicYS at UWT, she not only showcases her leadership skills but also her dedication to empowering women in traditionally male-dominated industries. In recognition of her outstanding efforts, she has been honored with the 2023 Soroptimist International of Olympia Live Your Dreams Award.

Currently employed as a Network Operation Center Technician, and participating in our partner program with Center For Strong Families while pursuing a Master of Science in Cybersecurity and Leadership at UWT, Nnenna’s educational background is equally impressive. Holding a Bachelor of Arts in Modern European Languages (French and Spanish) from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, she brings a unique blend of linguistic expertise and technical knowledge to her work. Her determination to excel serves as an inspiration to individuals, particularly young girls and women, illustrating that with resilience and dedication, one can overcome barriers and achieve remarkable success.

Alan Hartman-Hasch


As an Intake Coordinator for Youth and Young Adult Programs at Tacoma Community House, Alan is not just fulfilling a personal promise; he is a beacon of hope for many, embodying the strength that comes from overcoming adversity. His story is a testament to the power of resilience, the importance of healing, and the profound impact one individual can have on their community.

Beyond his professional achievements, Alan’s engagement with music, comedy, and poetry highlights the therapeutic power of creative expression in the healing process. These avenues provide not only solace but also a platform for Alan to share his journey and inspire others. His story underscores the importance of resilience, the pursuit of belonging, and the transformative potential of the human spirit. Alan Hartman-Hasch’s narrative from adversity to advocacy serves as a moving reminder that, despite the obstacles we may encounter, there can be a path forward toward healing, purpose, and empowerment.
