EMPLOYMENT TYPE:Regular, Non-Exempt
SCHEDULE: Typically M-F, 8am-5pm
REPORTS TO:Employment Svcs Manager
SALARY RANGE:$43,500 – $44,500 Annually

 JOB SUMMARY:

Our Employment Services Department offers training, coaching, resource navigation, internships, networking, workshops, and supportive services for adults who want to improve their skills, build self-confidence, and find a job that aligns with their financial and career goals. We partner with dozens of local employers seeking qualified individuals and host frequent hiring events. The Employment Services team is committed to leveraging our individual and combined strengths in service of our clients through teamwork, innovation, and collaboration.

The Financial Coach provides coaching and education to low-income individuals and families enrolled within our Center for Strong Families (CSF) programming. The Financial Coach works closely with clients for up to three years to establish basic financial knowledge and tools, to assess and set goals, and to help clients move toward self-sufficiency.


Individuals with personal, shared, or lived experience as an immigrant or refugee are strongly encouraged to apply.

NOTE: This position requires working onsite and includes in-person contact with staff and clients while observing social distancing and other COVID-19 safety protocols.
