| Volunteer with our Youth Department Participants in Tacoma Community House’s (TCH) youth program seek out our services to find employment and learn valuable employment skills; to have assistance with obtaining their educational goals like enrolling into high school or an alternative school, succeeding in school, and applying to post secondary education. Youth participants also join the program to engage in activities based on career planning, goal setting, confidence building and much more! You can be a link in the chain of TCH history that extends more than 100 years. Contribute to a cycle of generational education and empowerment. Be a catalyst for change by being part of Tacoma Community House’s service to the community. Working with Tacoma Community House’s Youth Program, you will get to work in a high energy environment with youth from 15 to 21 years old, trained program staff and community members.
